12 hour digital clock

Here's a 100% working 12-hour digital clock layout (using logic gates), done on PCB Wizard Portable.
This is my final project on my Logic Circuits and Switching Theory subject 1st semester '09-'10

Components
4 pcs - 74ls47 (Decoder)
2 pcs - 1N4002/1N4001 diodes
7 pcs - 74ls90 (Counter)
1pc - 74ls76 (JK Flip-Flop)
2 pcs - 1N4148 diodes
2 pcs - 74ls32 (OR)
28 pcs - 270 ohms resistors
1 pc - 4.7 uF capacitor
1 pc - 74ls04 (NOT)
1 pc - 1 kohms resistor
1 pc - 2200 uF capacitor
1 pc - 74ls08 (AND)
1 pc - 3.9 kohms resistor
1 pc - 1 uF capacitor
4 pcs - Common Anode 7 segment
1 pc - LM7805 (Voltage Regulator)
1pc - 74121 (One-Shot)
12V out TRANSFORMER

Just follow the connections of every jumper wires (This will be tricky! This can make or break you!) and it is 100% sure that will work.

UPDATE (11/6/2011): Warning: The pcb layout just shows where the components are placed  and the polarity was not observed (take note of the 1N4148 diodes). Please refer to the schematic of the 24-hour digital clock to verify the polarity. Or see the image below the see the correct placing of the diode.
